Elizabeth Spellacy, MA, LAPC
I graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Kutztown University in May of 2023 with a concentration in Marriage and Family counseling. During these years, I was provided with a comprehensive education in trauma, addiction, and the numerous treatment modalities needed to provide effective care.
During the past 18 months, I have worked with those diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, and others to manage symptoms, empower individuality and create knowledge and balance in their lives. I have a profound commitment to supporting individuals on their journey to mental and emotional well-being.
My approach to counseling is rooted in a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind and the challenges it can face. I believe in the power of empathy and active listening, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My therapeutic methods incorporate evidence-based practices, customized to each client’s unique needs and goals.
If you’re seeking support to navigate life’s emotional complexities and improve your mental well-being, I am here to help you on your path to healing and personal growth.
